Current 4GB up and down. Possible need to double that in the future.
 

Amount of Cisco firewalls you’re replacing along with models?
 

1 Cisco ASA on a FirePower chassis 4100

 

What are the endpoint counts for laptops, desktops & server devices by type (Linux, windows, macOS)?
 

1600 Windows systems. Laptops and desktops. Windows 10 and 11.

 
Are your endpoints primarily on-premises, remote, or hybrid?
 

 Hybrid

Do you have Chromebooks in the environment? If Chromebooks, what are you doing to monitor those currently?
 

 There are Chromebooks in the environment, and we are using a combination of Classwize, Linewize, Google Suite, and On-Prem Firewall.

Do you require proactive Threat Hunting by SOC Analysts?
 

 Not required.

Do you need to retain EDR security data for longer than 60 days (up to 365 days)?
 

 60 days is sufficient.

What level of visibility do you need into endpoint activity (e.g., file access, process execution)?
 

We do not have any requirements around the particular activity visibility beyond what is in the RFP.

Do you need a dedicated security team where SOC analyst will have good knowledge of customer's network environment?

We do not require a Dedicated Security Analyst.
